By accessing or using the EZSHIP+ website at ezshipplus.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The content on this Site, including service descriptions, store hours, locations and general information, is provided for informational purposes only. Store hours, services and prices may vary by location and may change without notice. Please contact your local EZSHIP+ store to confirm details before your visit.
Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, tax, customs or financial advice.
Intellectual property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos and design, is the property of EZSHIP+ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this Site without prior written permission.
UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS and other carrier names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the services we offer.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to submit false, misleading or harmful information through its forms.
Limitation of liability
EZSHIP+ is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, any content on this Site. Use of this Site is at your own risk.

By using this Site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZSHIP+ and its owners, employees and affiliates from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites, such as carrier tracking pages. EZSHIP+ does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party sites.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Part II: Service Disclosures
Independent ownership
EZSHIP+ is a family-owned, independently operated pack, ship and business services store chain in Texas. We are an authorized shipping location for several carriers, but we are not owned or operated by UPS, FedEx, DHL or the U.S. Postal Service.
Shipping services
Shipments are carried by the carrier you select and are subject to that carrier's own terms and conditions of service. Delivery dates, transit times and rates are set by the carrier and are not guaranteed by EZSHIP+.
Claims for loss or damage are subject to the carrier's claims process and its limits of liability, including any declared value or coverage you purchase. EZSHIP+ will help you file a claim but is not responsible for the carrier's decision.
You are responsible for the accuracy of addresses and declared contents, and for complying with carrier, customs and export rules. We may refuse to accept any package that contains hazardous, prohibited or illegal items, or that we believe is improperly packed.
Packing services
When our staff pack your items, we use materials and methods suited to the item described to us. Coverage for items we pack is limited to the terms of the carrier and any coverage you purchase.
Mailbox rentals
Mailbox rentals are governed by your signed mailbox service agreement and by U.S. Postal Service regulations for Commercial Mail Receiving Agencies, including PS Form 1583 and identity verification requirements. If these Terms conflict with your mailbox agreement, the mailbox agreement controls.
Notary services
Our notaries are commissioned by the State of Texas. A notary verifies the identity of signers and witnesses signatures; a notary does not review, draft or verify the contents of documents. We may decline any notarization that does not meet Texas requirements, such as missing valid identification.
Our notaries are not attorneys licensed to practice law in Texas and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.
Printing, fax, scanning and shredding
You are responsible for having the right to copy, print or transmit any material you bring to us. We may refuse to reproduce material that appears to infringe copyright or violate the law. We are not responsible for fax transmissions that fail because of the receiving machine or line.
Pricing
Prices for services and supplies may vary by location and are subject to change without notice. The price charged at the time of service applies.
Unclaimed items
Packages, mail or documents left at an EZSHIP+ store and not picked up within [30] days of notice may be returned to sender or disposed of, as permitted by law and any applicable service agreement.
No guarantee of results
EZSHIP+ makes no guarantee about delivery times, carrier performance, acceptance of notarized documents by a third party, or other outcomes outside our control.
