We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and website visitors.   • Payment Details: Card information processed at the time of purchase by our payment processor

Shipping Carriers & Third-Party Vendors

To deliver your shipment, we must share sender, recipient and package information with the carrier you choose, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS. Each carrier handles that information under its own privacy policy. International shipments may also require information to be shared with customs authorities.

To operate our stores and website, we also work with trusted third-party service providers. These may include, for example:

  • Payment processors

  • Point-of-sale, shipping and mailbox management software

  • Website hosting, analytics (such as Google Analytics) and online forms

Mailbox Rental & Notary Records

As a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA), we are required by the U.S. Postal Service to collect PS Form 1583 and copies of two forms of identification from each mailbox renter. We keep these records and provide them to the Postal Service as its regulations require.

When we perform notarial acts, Texas law requires our notaries to keep a record of each act, which may include the signer's name, address and identification details. Notary records are kept as Texas law requires and may be made available to the public or authorities as that law provides.

Mail and packages received on your behalf are handled only by our staff and released only to you or people you have authorized in writing.

Communications

If you give us your email or phone number, we may use it to respond to your inquiry, send shipment or tracking updates, or notify you that mail or packages have arrived in your mailbox. We will send promotional emails or text messages only with your consent, and you may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link, replying STOP to a text message, or contacting us directly. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect your personal information, including restricted access to mailbox, notary and identification records. No transmission over the internet or storage system is entirely without risk, but we take precautions appropriate to the information we handle.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide our services, or longer where law requires it, such as U.S. Postal Service CMRA rules, Texas notary record requirements, and tax and accounting obligations. Documents you leave with us for shredding are securely destroyed.
